The Paramount Theatre box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm to sell tickets to the Paramount, Moore and Neptune Theatres. Our box office is closed on most major holidays.

In the evening and on weekends, our box offices open 90 minutes prior to showtime for sales to that day's event.

The Paramount Theatre box office is located on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street, on the west side of the theatre. For directions, click here.

The Moore Theatre box office is located on the corner of Second Avenue and Virginia Street, on the west side of the theatre. For directions, click here.

The Neptune Theatre box office is located on the corner of NE 45th Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue, on the north side of the theatre. For directions, click here.

The box offices accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Checks are not accepted. Please remember to check your tickets before leaving the window as all sales are final - tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For special extended hours during Broadway at The Paramount or Off Broadway at The Moore performances, or for holiday hours, please call the recorded information line at 206.682.1414.

There are also ticketing kiosks located directly outside the main doors of both The Paramount and Moore Theatres. You can use these ticketing kiosks to purchase and print tickets for events that are on sale through our ticketing partner, Tickets.com. The kiosks are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a per ticket facility fee and a $1 per ticket kiosk printing fee, but please note that box office staff are only on hand to answer any questions during box office hours of operation. Please limit your purchase to 8 tickets total at the kiosk.

A per ticket facility fee is charged for Paramount Theatre, Moore Theatre and Neptune Theatre events. Fees vary based upon each event, and range from $1-$3.75 per ticket. A $1 per ticket printing fee is charged in our ticketing kiosks. No other fees apply when purchasing tickets in person at the box office.
